We happened to encounter a case of brachial plexus avulsion with traumatic multiple meningoceles on performing cervical myelographic procedure in order to evaluate outpatient suffering from the right brachial plexus palsy. dough this relatively rare disorder reported little over 100 cases up to now, is poor in prognosis. It is very important to obtain accurate diagnosis of the site of injury to be able to initiate definitive treatment of the flail arm. We confirmed this with neurologic sign and myelographic study.
